I'd like to take this occasion to remind you all that
http://dep.debian.net has been revamped and that now contains both
more info about what DEPs are and a (hopefully) up to date index.
As a procedural heads up, please update also the index.mdwn file when
you switch the state of the DEP to CANDIDATE. [1]
