Nah. that's actually not that big.

webkit is copyright <list of names of years>

License:
  the webkit libraries is a mix of the following licenses:
  license1-blurb

  license2-blurb
  
  license3-blurb

  license4-blurb

  license5-blurb(lgplv2.1) (see /usr/share/common-licenses/lgplv2.1 for
  full text)

  webkit libraries is effectively lgplv2.1


And insert the list of names and the license texts and the lgpl header
and be done with it.  A couple of times a year, update the the list of
names and years.
