I suppose that the 'reportspam' command does the same thing as the link
'Send a report that this bug log contains spam' on the bts webpage ?
When I saw this spam (on the glibc ML), I went to the bug report and
clic on this link. But the next web page asks :

Yes, report bug 343140 as spam

and I did not validate here because I was not sure if the whole bug #343140
would be maked as spam or only some part of it. If the latter is correct
(a manual check is done, didn't it ?) then it would be good to change
this message. For example:

Yes, bug 343140 contains spam
