www.napiprojekt.pl provides a database with subtitles for various video files.
It also provides an application to automate a process of fetching subtitles
for specified video files automatically. Unfortunately no Unix-like official
client is available. QNapi is open-source clone for various platforms
(including Linux and Microsoft Windows) of napiprojekt official client.
NOTE: This project (at least for now) is strictly for Polish audience, since
napiprojekt.pl hosts only Polish subtitles now.
