TTBOMK, triggers don’t tell you what has changed in a subdirectory. If
you declared interest in /usr/share/icons, you wouldn’t know what
subdirectories in which to update the cache. This is why you need a
different trigger for each /usr/share/icons/$theme – in fact, only those
in which other packages will put icons, so that’s not a lot of them.
