I've had bug reports closed with *exactly* that argument (although it's
been years). The contention is that since the init script didn't take
the action, it's an error. So perhaps more specifity is required.
The irony is that Bill Gates claims to be making a stable operating
system and Linus Torvalds claims to be trying to take over the
