Please remove tkchooser

Dear QA,

Please remove the tkchooser package from Debian.

* First removal request in 2004:

* An important bug (#160136) is open for 5 years and 183 days.

* The Standards-Version is old (3.7.3 instead of 3.5.9.0)

* Upstream is abandoned (Last update 8 years ago):

* The AppleTalk is not used a lot nowadays.
