I recommend the use of http://www.buildd.net/, which will give a nice
colour-coded table of status for different archs. Right now, you can
see that the hppa built happened since you asked, and that is was
uploaded, and that ia64 is in "dep-wait" status. This means that it is
waiting for a build-dependency to become satisfiable on
ia64. Scrolling down, you see:

ia64:

editors/texmacs_1:1.0.6.10-1: Dep-Wait by buildd_ia64-caballero [optional:out-of-date]
  Dependencies: guile-1.8-dev
  Previous state was Building until 2007 Apr 18 12:34:06


So it is waiting on guile-1.8-dev to become available on ia64. Which
(if you go looking to its page) doesn't build because of an
arch-specific FTBFS. See the Debian bug and
