GNOME is 3 active people (2 uploading, 1 doing *only* bug triage), plus
6-7 less active people, for 145 packages totalising 1618 bugs.

You can add evolution and its 398 bugs for 2-3 people.

We are lucky to be even able to manage this number of bugs. I have
absolutely no idea of how e.g. the upstream nautilus developers can
handle more than 50 bugs per *day*.
