Uh no. I find it scary that you share this same idea as the original
bacula maintainer. Unstable is NOT a graveyard for packages with RC
bugs years old!
While it is not uncommon to people to upload broken packages unstable,
it's still not something unstable is meant for. And it certainly isn't
ok just leave broken packages there..
