Ok. In accordance with this proposal, this means: /bin/csh will not be
in the list of standard /bin/shells. And if a call to the interface of the
standardshell package is made on a machine, where /bin/sh is a link to
/bin/csh (which is for now impossible), anyway, then this interface should
return: "No standard shell installed".
