Theoretically pbuilder can work with lvm snapshots, if you use
pbuilder with --no-targz option.  That's how pbuilder-uml works (or
used to work, if there's a working uml).

Scripting it up is up to somebody who gets around to it.

OTOH, I was planning on getting cowdancer to the mainline to make a
"cowbuilder" while at Debconf. LVM snapshots is good but it's a bit
dramatic and requires a bit of free LEs on your LVM, which isn't
always available.
