Hi,

   OK, I use bash and yes:
abonilla@debian:~$ ls -l /bin/sh
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 2006-01-11 09:08 /bin/sh -> bash

Any ideas? If it's a bug please let me know which package so I can help 
by opening the bug.
