Yes, it is Windows.
It may be quite different from Linux.

But we were  drowning man will clutch at a straw at that time.
Now, thanks to volunteer work who can provide us a hint for this question,
we could move step foward a little bit.

You mean really Windows(tm)?  -  Maybe you should use another
