Not really release-critical; this bug has been known for a while, didn't
stop us from being able to release sarge, and won't stop us from being able
to release etch either if we don't manage to get it fixed.

Anyway, the use of the "fixed" tag on NMUed bugs is either a bug in the BTS
software or in the dak software, so should probably be reassigned to one of
those two pseudopackages (bugs.debian.org, ftp.debian.org)?
