$ apt-cache search j2sdk
j2re1.4 - Blackdown Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition
j2sdk1.4 - Blackdown Java(TM) 2 SDK, Standard Edition

$ dpkg-query --showformat="\${version}\n" --show j2sdk1.4

(This is on an uptodate sid box.)

It was part of the old Netscape Java SDK. It was included in the Java
Plugin and afaik still is on Blackdown anyway.

$ jar tf /usr/lib/j2se/1.4/jre/lib/plugin.jar  | grep netscape/javascript/JSObject

I was able to on Jan 30, when I built the package.
