I am proposing a process for internal disciplinary action within the team and suggesting a circumstance under which it might be applied. You'll note my suggestion was phrased in the form of a question. I will infer from your response that your answer to that question is "no". Frankly, I don't think I'm *capable* of "stirring up strife" among the members of an administrative team unless some form of strife is already there. If there is, then it may be we worthwhile to consider what steps can be taken to mitigate or eliminate it. If there isn't, then you have no particular reason to feel alarmed or insulted by my proposition. Similarly, "Shouldn't we consider what to do if a piano should suddenly fall out of a fifth-story window onto Colin Watson's head, rendering him unable to perform his administrative functions with the BTS for a time?" If it's not a credible problem, then I see no reason to get upset about someone raising it, or to accuse them of harboring nefarious intentions. You have every right to feel that any or all members of the BTS administration team are capable of no wrong, and therefore no procedures are necessary for correcting such wrongs. Whether such a feeling is justified, or a prudent management practice, is another question entirely.
