Looking at that page, it seems the code comes from Microsoft's actual
boot blocks. I don't know if we have explicit permission from them to
distribute that code.

Well, the header files are essentially compiled files (not directy
executable in their current form, though), and it would seem to me that
the GPL required that their source be available. If we can't provide
that source, I don't see how we can distribute the software under the
GPL.
