Remember that more people is not always better. Take a look, for
example, at "The Mythical Man-Month" [1]. There is a main idea in the
book:

  Adding manpower to a late software project makes it later.

Coordination between a thousand people is _way_ more difficult than
coordination between a hundred.

IMHO, we need to think and argue about it now - We wanted Sarge to be
out in less time than Woody since Woody was testing. We failed
miserably. This discussion should not only take place at the
end/beginning of a release cycle, but it should remain an ongoing
concern.

I have been quite disconnected from my mail for the last couple of
weeks... But I'd like some input on an idea I posted at the Wiki
[2].
