Ideally, we would have tags on the packages that allow us easily to say
tell jidgo or whatever: "Give me debian", "Give me debian without porn",
"Give me debian without religion", "Gibe me debian without games" or
whatever is needed for a certain jurisdiction to create a legal thingy.
I assume only packages on the leafs of the dependency tree and mostly
not-that-important packages are affected...
This is probably a task for the debtags guys, maybe introducing
categories like "Controversial::Religion" or "Notlegal::USA".
