emu-tools debian package

I have made a debian package of the emu-tools program.  the program is
used to control aspects of the emu10k1 (sound blaster live!), such as
digital output, ac3, surround outputs, etc.  i would like to see this
package included in debian.  if somebody wants to sponsor me, or even
take the package and run with it, that would be nice.
