[jeroen@mordor]~$ grep photopc debian/dak/srcdep/Packages-arch-specific
photopc: alpha arm hurd-i386 i386 powerpc sparc # Attatches through the parallel port
[jeroen@mordor]~$

Apparantly this package is only useful on architectures having a
parallel port. The mips and s390 uploads are in error, and should be
removed. The autobuilders for architectures not listed here, won't touch
this package.

The Architecture line is apparantly not in sync with the real
capabilities of the package. Packages_arch_specific is a kind of
override file for Architeture: lines, available via DAK CVS on
cvs.debian.org
