cache files in /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/
Hello,
While working on a Knoppix-derivative, I found out that some of the help
files in KDE did not work.
Further digging showed that these were due to index.cache.bz2 files with
old information in their KDE doc directories.
For example "klettres" had a correct index.docbook entry, but (presumably)
old information in it's index.cache.bz. (And AFAIK the time stamp on these
files prevents KDE from re-indexing them, but I did not really look into it).
That is not the problem, however. The problem (and the proposed
file-a-bug-for-all) is that *cache files do not belong in /usr/share/doc/*
So that's my issue: if you search for index.cache.bz2 you'll find all sorts
of packages; however, these files belong in /var/cache and not in /usr/share
[...]
usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/de/noatun/index.cache.bz2 x11/kde-i18n-de
