rebuild only selected targets from source packages

Hi,
I've been doing some fiddling with the glibc and gcc packages, for my
own edification. However, as you may well immagine, it's not a lot of
fun, because they take a .... long .... time to build. In reality, I
only care about certain .debs they generate, and don't care at all about
stuff like ada.
Is there a way to rebuild only those packages that interest me? I
haven't found the right bit of documentation...
