Probably with Adam Conrad <adconrad@0c3.net>, php4 maintainer.

Since PHP is widely used on web and database applications, it sounds
nice to have a debian-php mailing list, not only for PHP programming
issues (that is hugely covered in a very pretty way on php.net mailing
lists) but for Debian specific stuff.
