This is exactly what I was suggesting:
rx Type Release date
r0 Pure64-unstable asap
r1 Pure64-stable as soon as amd-pure64 fixed
r2 Multiarch as soon as march ready
r3+ * back to "regular" release cycles
-or-
rx Type Release date
r0 Pure64-unstable asap
r1 Multiarch as soon as march ready and stable
r2+ * back to "regular" release cycles
This would allow to "quickly" release sarge, and progressively support
amd64 (and progressively get feedback and fixes)
Why not making an amendment in GR5 ?
