Giacomo offered already elsewhere in the thread.  If he doesn't do it, I'll
sponsor it for him.  I already sponsored his rzip package which was done very
well.

It probably makes sense to let Alec do it since rzip uses much of the same ideas
as rsync.  It stems from the same research AIUI.
