It's there, but there's no .dsc file, and so it's not in the Sources
file either.

just download
http://db.debian.org/debian-admin/wanna-build_<whatever the version is>.tar.gz
if you want the source.

Yes, I agree that this isn't good for such a crucial piece of software.
