Where's the source of wanna-build?

Hi!

I was just about to install another mips machine and wanted to run
wanna-build and buildd on it for some purposes, so I wanted to get a new
wanna-build source tree.

Let's see...

# apt-cache show buildd
Package: buildd
Status: install ok installed
Priority: extra
Section: devel
Installed-Size: 292
Maintainer: James Troup <james@nocrew.org>
Source: wanna-build
Version: 2003.11.04
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.4-4), perl5, sbuild, dupload, cron, exim |
mail-transport-agent
Description: Build daemon for automatically compiling Debian packages
buildd is a build daemon which will recompile Debian packages
 automatically

# apt-get -b source wanna-build
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
E: Unable to find a source package for wanna-build

Uuuuuh? apt-cache show buildd lists wanna-build as source package, but
wanna-build can't be found, although i have the following in my
sources.list:

deb http://db.debian.org/ debian-admin/
deb-src http://db.debian.org/ debian-admin/

Now, I find this a little bit funny, because I was under the impression
that buildd should be GPLed software, hence the section: devel, which is
clear not non-free.
So I did a "less /usr/share/doc/buildd/copyright":

=================================
This is Debian's prepackaged version of the build daemon and
associated tools.

The build daemon is maintained as a Debian package by me, James Troup
<james@nocrew.org>, from the CVS repository,
:pserver:anon@cvs.linux-m68k.org:/CVS (module: wanna-build).

Everything except andrea (which was written by James Troup) was
written by Roman Hodek.

(Note: the CVS mentioned above is outdated as well)

Ok, yes, it's obviously under GPL, but no source is available as it seems.
At least it was available once, exactly on 2003-11-19 as a quick look on
another machine shows:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 265 Nov 19 2003
wanna-build_2002.10.10.dsc
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 205682 Nov 19 2003
wanna-build_2002.10.10.tar.gz

But that version seemed a little bit outdated to me, so I wanted to obtain
a newer source...

Well, because James dislikes me and didn't answer my mails in the past,
I'm going to ask here, what happened to the source of that very
fundamental part of Debian? Should I file a grave bug against wanna-build?
Where can I get the actual source for wanna-build & co?

I'm quite confused...
