I receive the email in question and did what it instructed (send email to a
certain address requesting that the change be made). So far nothing has
happened as a result.
It would probably be good for Luke to file a bug report against
ftp.debian.org.

SE Linux is included in Fedora Core 2 (boot CD1 and type "linux selinux" at
the boot prompt to install SE Linux). Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 will have
SE Linux included.
