Mirror for cdebootstrap

Hi,

I'd like a way to generate a local tree of files that:
  
  1. Contains only what cdebootstrap needs for a given dist
  (sid/woody/whatever)

  2. Is in a format directly usable by cdebootstrap as a file: mirror

  3. Doesn't require root to process

What would be the easiest way to do that?
