If you want to make sure that your report gets the minimal amount of 
consideration by people who matter then use as much profanity as possible.  
Excessive profanity leads many people to believe that the rest of your 
message has little value either.

Debian is not a company, there is no complaints department.  Debian is not a 
country, there is no court system and no police.

If some maintainer does something you think is wrong then post a message here 
and CC the maintainer in question (just in case they aren't subscribed to the 
list).  Clearly state what the problem is and give bug report numbers to back 
it up.
