I have a few packages that I feel unless someone else is willing to take them over should be orphan'd and remove from the distribution. The first such package in my care is gfcc which has had no upstream activity and only handles the older ipchains firewalls. This makes it useless for anyone wanting to use iptables instead to have stateful packet inspection. I would recommend this for removal unless someone has some strong objection to it's removal and wants to take it over. The second such package is gspy which is only available from upstream in i386 support and thus not viable for most of the arches Debian supports. There are also numerous bugs that cause it to be a pain in the ass to support as upstream is slow to come with updates and hasn't deem'd some problems worth the effort. Again unless there is strong objection to it's removal I'd recommend it be removed. Unless someone contacts me with valid objections or offers to take these two packages over I will file a bug report against the ftp mirror to remove them in 1-2 weeks time. Regards, Jeremy
