After doing a BTS search I lazily omitted on my first time, it looks
like this is Bug#219241 (five months old, no maintainer reaction).

IMHO a RC bug by the way: sources for that package are not available via
the Debian-prescribed way.

#243419 seems to be about this, please add your comments there... and in
an ideal world, it'll be fixed eventually, easiest solution seems to be
to have ftp-master remove all traces of commons-pool (really all
traces), and then ask you to re-upload, correctly...
