Two dangling references to .orig.tar.gz in Sid (Was: problems with debian & non-us mirrors?)

It works for 99.9% for myself, with this commandline:
debmirror /mirror -h ftp.nl.debian.org -d sid
Though, there are in current sid Sources files two dangling references
to source files:
dists/sid/main/source/Sources:
Package: junit
Directory: pool/main/j/junit
Files:
447d65cc354545ee55160e771bfb6feb 628 junit_3.8.1-5.dsc
588afd5ceb44403fae57864d81c4eccd 213814 junit_3.8.1.orig.tar.gz
914139ea587d596228f59cad46aba2cc 11769 junit_3.8.1-5.diff.gz
But, as you can see in http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/j/junit/,
there is no .orig.tar.gz, it is apparantly lost. This is a problem: we
are distribution junit without the sources!
Idem for pool/contrib/c/commons-pool/commons-pool_1.1.orig.tar.gz
I assume ftp-master runs some kind of consistency check over the
database to compare it with the files actually on disk... So that
ftp-master is already aware of this. The problem I mention is there
though already for a month or so.
