I did use anonymous-ftp-master (newraff) and thats a working upload queue,
according to your mail. Especially since the file isnt there anymore.

this is a good tip, if I can't find anything in /org/ftp.debian.org/queue/
what does it mean? Well, I just retried, perhaps dupload was doing something wrong :)
