Like many people, I find reportbug easier to use than Bugzilla. But
there is no reason to have only one, on can support both, as long as
you are aware of the issues to address with Web-based frontends. Sean
Finney summarized them well.
As a maintainer, I much prefer reportbug's reports, because they are
more thoroughy checked (the version number of the package is always
correct, for instance).
