Swap partitions are listed in /etc/fstab.  As far as mkswap not
understanding them, this can be fixed by simply adding a UUID and
Label field to the swap header.  There's plenty of space there.

This would involve modifying the following programs:

	* mkswap
	* swapon
	* The blkid library

It wouldn't be hard; I'll see if I can get Andreas Brouwer, the
maintainer of the util-linux upstream package, to accept it.
