Most of the packages I reported there turned out already to use
autoconf 2.5x, so they shouldn't be much of a problem, given the
information earlier in the thread.

Here are the likely packages found so far in my second scan, which

Packages that build-depend on libtool or autoconf and do stuff at
build time are still not filtered out.
