From his reply in a different bug, the maintainer is apparently very 
busy with moving and stuff.  He estimated that he would be unable to 
make any uploads until February.

So someone else needs to track down, fix, and NMU this.  And any other 
bugs you care about in Luis Bustamante's packages.  :-)
