 This is an extension for Tk800.015 and later which supplies JPEG format
 loader for Photo image type.

 The source code includes a copy of libjpeg6a, which is under a
 (3-clause) BSD-like license, but it is not used by the Debian version
 of the package (it uses the system libjpeg62 instead).
