Why not use the DDTP in order to keep profit of a peer 2 peer work and
then having coordinators for each lang who gather files from the DDTP
and add them into l10n-packages ?

So that, by clearly having coordinators we could also more easily track
l10n-related bugs.

Ok course this is a very important point.
