Bug-filing scripts should always have a human operator (see reports
filed by buildd operators), but yes, either that or something in
devscripts that's well-publicized and that we can get into the habit of
running would do. Filing bugs would probably have wider benefits in that
it would help the rest of the project find out when maintainers aren't
paying attention.
