apt-utils compatible debsigs

Hi,

we had a discussion about signed deb-files. One major drawback was the
incompatibility between apt-utils and debsigs. I updated debsigs to
create a compatible version; this is apt-able at
deb http://debsign.turmzimmer.net/ ./
deb-src http://debsign.turmzimmer.net/ ./
(and of course also sent to the BTS). I also put some more ideas to
that website.


I would like some feedback on this change (and it is admited that the
major drawback of this change is that it is ugly, and should be backed
out one we have a "debian ar"), and on the other contents of this
website.
