I wasn't making that assumption (sorry if it seemed I was), I was pointing
out some of the details of Skolelinux (which I did assume you aren't
completely familiar with), in the hope of pinpointing the exact point on
which we disagree (as I obviously do think of Skolelinux as a CDD).
So given those details what makes you say Skolelinux isn't a CDD?
(I'm guessing "not everything used in Skolelinux is in Debian" _yet_)
