You're right. I was thinking of the URLs used in XML namespaces.
On an orthogonal note, while DocBook is a good schema, the other more
business-oriented schemas EBXML, Rosetta, HRXML, the Business reporting
schemas, and all that stuff, are lousy. "Here, kid, here's 50,000
entities. Have fun."
