	You can dream up formulae out the wazoo, but until you get buy
 in, and perhaps implementation, from the common front-end authors,
 these mean nothing.  At this point I am more concerned about
 readability in the front-ends we have now, not some hypothetical
 formula that could be implemented at some future time -- unless it
 changes.
