I'm gonna try everyone I can.......a question ( the 4th time I have tried to contact support)...I cannot get my game to play....all I get is  wildblaster ball is already installed.....but I cannot play it.....I have already paid my credit card and I would like to be able to play and so would my Grandson.  Please answer soon.
