How to get my DD acount on Alioth?

Hi all,

I'm new DD and  I'd like to create an account on  Alioth. I read Raphael
Hertzog's mail  on d-d-announce on March  2003 (go to  the password lost
page) but Alioth tells me the account does not exist.

How can I get my DD account on Alioth?
