Bravo!  Bravo!  Bravissmo!

I think this proposal is a wonderful one.  I especially like the
suggestion to expand the use experimental, and to increase the quality
expectations of unstable --- in effect, making unstable to be a
"testing-in-waiting".

I also think the schedule is reasonable, albeit agressive.  Hopefully
in the future with some of the things which you're
experimenting/introducing, such as the 0-day NMU's, and the more
crisply defined release critical issues document, we can look forward
to being able to get testing release stable (is a goal of under 100 RC
bugs at all times unreasonable?) frequently enough that we can do
stable releases a big more frequently than in the past.
